FAQ

Questions development teams ask before they call.

Straight answers, so your first conversation with us can be about your mission instead of logistics. Click a question to expand it.

How much does a nonprofit fundraising film cost?

Cost depends on scope — a single gala film differs from a multi-film capital campaign package. Most projects are priced as a full package with travel billed separately at cost. We'll give you an exact number after a strategy call.

What's the difference between a gala film and a capital campaign film?

A gala film is built for one night, a live room, and a specific ask. A capital campaign film is built to carry a case for support across months and multiple donor touchpoints, from major donor meetings to digital appeals.

Do you only work with Christian or faith-based organizations?

Faith-based nonprofits and ministries are our core focus, and it's where we have the deepest domain expertise — but the same story-first, outcome-driven approach works for any mission-driven organization.

How long does production take?

A single film typically takes several weeks to a few months from strategy through delivery, depending on travel and access. Multi-film packages are scheduled backward from your campaign or event date.

Is travel included in your pricing?

No — travel is always billed as a separate, transparent line item at cost, never baked into the project fee.

Do you work with capital campaign consultants and gala production firms?

Yes. We regularly work alongside campaign consulting firms and gala/event production partners as the video and story arm of a larger campaign team.

What do we actually receive at the end of a project?

Depending on your package, you'll receive a primary film (or set of films) plus short-form variations cut for social, email, and event use.

Can we work with you on an ongoing basis, not just one project?

Yes — our Subscription offering keeps your story working year-round with regular content, so your mission doesn't go dark between campaigns.
