Any actual engagement for gala films, capital campaign films, or other services is governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, contract, or invoice) between Impact Film Lab and the client, which will control over anything stated on this website in the event of a conflict.
All content on this Site — including text, images, video, case study results, and design — is the property of Impact Film Lab LLC or is used with the permission of the organizations featured, unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Some case study videos on this Site are private and password-protected at the request of the featured organization, out of respect for the sensitive nature of the stories involved. Access to these videos is limited to those we've directly shared credentials with, and that access should not be shared further.
This Site includes embedded content from third-party services such as Vimeo, YouTube, and Calendly. We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of these third-party services.
